Mango Chutney

Veggy:Mango Chutney

Ingredients:
Raw Mangoes:4
Panch Phoran powder
(coriander seeds,cumin seeds,fenugreek seeds,mace seeds and ajwain):1 tbsp
Ginger-garlic paste:1/2 tsp
Turmeric:1 pinch
Salt:1 tsp
Oil:1 tsp
Sugar to taste


Steps: Peel the mangoes. Cut it into small cubes.Mix it with salt and turmeric and sun dry for one day.Heat oil and fry the mangoes in medium heat for 10 minutes till golden brown and soft.In a seperate pan roast the panch phoran powder. when the moisture from the mango is evaporated put off the fire and mix all the roasted spices.
