Veggy:Golden Cutlet

Ingredients:
sweetcorn,boiled:250gm
sweet peas,shelled and boiled:100gm
potato,soft boiled:1
Capsicum,chopped fine:1
Carrot,chopped fine:1
Onion,chopped fine:1
Green chillies,chopped fine:2
Corriander,chopped fine
Salt to taste
Refined Sunflower oil

Steps:
Grind corn with a little salt into a not too fine paste.Mix and mash all the other ingredients except the oil.
Make a tennis-ball sized ball with the corn paste.Make a hollow and fill it with the stuffing.Flatten it into a cutlet/tikki.
Shallow fry in a non stick pan till golden in a low flame.Serve hot with tomota ketchup or pudina chutney.
